Refund policy

Before returning, please verify that your item is eligible for a return. 

RETURN POLICY: 

We hope you loved your purchase! If not, we will gladly accept your return under the following circumstances:

Orders are eligible for return for a store credit within 14 days of receiving purchase.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

-Items must be unworn and unwashed.

-Any items with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume odor, or smoke will be refused.

-Please follow care instructions on tag. We are not responsible for clothing after it has been washed/worn. We recommend turning garment inside out and hand washing or using gentle cycle.

-Any SALE items are FINAL SALE. This includes coupon codes and cash back.

-Doorbusters are final sale!

-Bralettes are NOT ELIGIBLE for return since these are considered an undergarment. 

-The return process is based upon receipt of order. Items are tracked and recorded once delivered. We normally process returns on Wednesdays.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable.

-Also, we suggest that you send items back to us using a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that may get lost in transit to us. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will then be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

-Items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the item was delivered to be eligible for return.

-Any return that doesn't fit into these guidelines will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges because of our revolving inventory. If you receive a product and need a different size, you can do one of two things:

1). Return the incorrect size and once you receive your store credit/refund, purchase the correct size (if available).

2). If the size you need is available, go ahead and purchase the correct size and return the incorrect size for a refund/credit.

CANCELLATIONS: 

We cannot accommodate cancellations. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. PLEASE, PLEASE double check your order before checking out. 

DEFECTIVE ITEM PROCESS:

-Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours from the date you received the order.

 -Please take a picture of the damaged item and send to: returns.nallelysfashion@gmail.com Please include order number in email.
